COACH ALYSSA

We  focus on progressive compound movements that develop unmatched explosive power. Along with core training, form correction, breathing patterns and mobility drills. All the things we wished we had known back when we competed as collegiate female lacrosse athletes! We want to educate all our female athletes on proper lifting mechanics, proper programming and the most efficient way to maximize their game both on and off the field, and to get them ready for the collegiate level!

Sports nutrition is the foundation of athletic success. It is a well-designed nutrition plan that allows our active athletes to perform at their best. Athletes will receive appropriate guidance on nutrition based on age. Our top priority is instilling a healthy relationship with food and the performance it creates on and off the field!
